Beekeeper Registration
This step includes gathering data from the producer as well as conducting inspections of the extraction room and apiaries. Finally, the technical analysis and verification of the data determine whether the producer is allowed or refused as a honey provider.
Purchase Release
Following the issuance of the purchase order, the fiscal and productive registration data of the producer is checked to see if the purchase will be authorized, allowing it to be loaded.
*A fresh attempt is made and the data is updated if the purchase is rejected.
Honey's arrival to the plant
The invoice is issued, the barrels are recognized, and the necessary paperwork is signed in the field. The product is examined by quality control upon arrival at the factory and then made available for offloading.
* The product is placed in quarantine if any non-compliance is discovered.
